Many are drawn to the beauty of India solely because of their majestic markets. The markets here are like nowhere else in the world. With brilliantly crafted saris, to sparkly bangles the markets of Delhi, India is where you will find the most beautiful locally crafted works of art.

If you’re looking to explore Delhi’s most popular majestic market, venture off to Dilli Haat, deemed as the most popular among tourists. As this market is government-run be expected to pay just 15 rupees (around 30 cents) to enter. When you walk through the market the vibrant sights of each stall will certainly entrance you. Stroll through endless uniquely crafted stalls where sandalwood carvings, brassware, specialty crafts, textiles and jewelry are showcased. No matter which vendor you bargain with you’ll fall in love with the bright colours and simplistic nature of life here.

Take a stroll on down to The Janpath Street Market where a block-long market stands tall. Locals and tourists love to explore this market for its cheap goods and hectic nature. Get caught up in purchasing goods here for less than you can ever imagine. Explore the eccentrically fast-paced nature of the oldest and busiest market in Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk. Here you’ll walk through a little bit of chaos mixed with cheap creations.

India in all its beauty is a country that is certainly majestically brilliant. If you are ever looking for a place to get caught up in a high-paced nature all the while exploring the beautifully crafted creations of locals than venturing off to the many markets of India surely should be on your bucket list.
